Thank You Dear Randy When I came in for an oil change a few weeks ago I had no idea that I would be walking out having purchased a new vehicle! I feel very fortunate that Paul Hart was the sales representative that I dealt with. Paul was extremely responsive to my needs and did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions and giving me the time I needed to make my decision. He was very competent and professional and to my great satisfaction he took very good care of me at the time of delivery, most notably going out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed, and that I felt heard. I consider the kind of follow-through that he demonstrated to be far better than what I have experienced in the past when purchasing vehicles. I was also pleasantly surprised that his manner did not change at all after he had made the sale. I felt like a valued customer, and not just a sale. Paul showed his thoughtfulness in a few ways, including emailing me a photo of my vehicle on the truck mome

I always enjoy my service Ruth (and my thanks to Bogie) I always enjoy my service visits with you. Thanks for the info about the wiper transmission - the driver side wiper doesn't seem to hit the post when it is on "interval" or just regular speed. So I will deal with it if I need to use the high speed (or just stop the car!!! if it's raining that hard :-) ) Thanks again for your great service - you're helping me keep my 12 year old car running just that little bit longer! service, etc. Might I just express my thoughts on having services done at your location. I couldn't help but feel so elated after having my car serviced. The whole service dept. that I encountered were not only friendly and polite but most definitely made one feel that you were a member of their "family" so much so, that they couldn't do enough for you. It certainly is rare these days to come in contact with such nice folks and I have recommended your location to many friends. The "cookies and coffee" are really a very nice touch indeed. Thank you very much I just wanted to email you and tell you how wonderful your staff is! I had brought my 2007 Suzuki SX4 in to have the emissions light checked out on Saturday morning. I was told that it was going to cost over $300 to have it fixed and that it was not covered under my extended warrantee. I was not thrilled at the prospect of having to spend $300 but if it has to be done, it has to be done and I told Ruth to go ahead and order the part. About half an hour ago, Ruth called to tell me she managed to get the part and labour covered for me! I was shocked (in a wonderful way)! She hadn’t even mentioned to me that she would try to do that for me! That kind of service is rare and I thought you should know what kind of great people you have working for you! Thanks very much!
