Thank you for your customer service! Dear Gord, With our help, my mother-in-law, who lives in Toronto, recently purchased a Suzuki SX4 from your location in London. She’s very happy with the car. I want to mention that we were very satisfied, not only with the courteous and professional service provided by your staff, and in particular Don Clarke, but we were also very pleased that Don volunteered to drive the vehicle to Toronto. He dropped the car off at my mother-in-law’s apartment and walked her through its features. It saved us having to drive the car to Toronto, and take the train back. You have a good team! Thank You Mary: Thank you so much for the pie. It is so delicious. My husband was thrilled that I brought it home; and now he likes the car even better (it comes with pie!). Thank you also for making my car purchasing experience such a positive one. I look forward to the process as much as root canal. Actually car shopping usually makes me more stressed than root canal. You made the event easy and fun and sold me exactly the car I need. "Bianca" and I are really working well together. I never knew that driving could be fun until I drove a Suzuki! Drive In Reunion Hello, I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the Drive-in event last night. As a Sky owner,we have been invited to many events and last night was the first time we had an opportunity to attend.Your service and customer appreciation is over the top.I can see how much hard work and dedication goes into these events and we were amazed. Thanks again and we hope to attend another one. p.s. We had to leave early due to the weather and I must say that the little guy held its own in that bed weather. Great Car Buying Experience I'd like to satrt off by thanking Robert O'Brien for putting the customer first experience in buying a used automobile. After spending countless hours looking for a dependable, clean, well priced, economy car for my daughter who lives in Brampton - I found it at Ultimate Automobiles and wish I had gone there first. They had exactly what she needed at the price she could afford. No pressure, no hassles. I spent an entire week looking and should have come here first. Tires I want the thank Ultimate Automobiles for the great service when I needed new tires for my car. Thanks to Ruth who was concerned for my safety with the tires that I had and to Paul King and Jeff Brewer for finding me tires in my price range and putting up with my questions on specs (even though I wasn't getting high end tires).
