Thank you for your hospitality today! Thank you for your hospitality today. You certainly have nice and professional dealership and premises. Lots of nice people and an efficient parts department. I also want to thank you for having everything ready and loading the car. Made that whole thing more of a pleasure than a job to get done. It was quite a wild ride back as the weather got pretty nuts. Any way easy did it and we were back in a little longer than normal time. No big deal. The highway ( 401 ) was in nasty shape as opposed to when we drove down. Doesn't take long to get ugly. Oh well now this is done and I can move on to other stuff. Thanks again and good luck in your future sales and dealing's. May the Gods of Auto sales be kind to you guys. I'm sure if you continue to listen/read what your customer wants ( as you did with me ) sales will be great. Best of luck and regards for now. Please Thank all staff involved for us as well. Thank You Your Team is very professional and friendly! I received a personalized phone message asking for my feedback about my last service date and haven't had the chance to return the call, so I appriciate the email. I was very impressed with the complementary first-time oil change + Car wash and the snacks provided in the comfortable waiting. However, I was most greatful for the mechanic who spotted my block heater plug hanging and showed me how he had brought it up and clipped it in place. I will see you again in May! Good service My recent experience with Stacey booking my appointment and walking me through what was done was very good. She is excellent at her job! I've never had any bad experience with any of the staff since we started leasing Saturns. This is our 4th car from Saturn ( I think) so we obviously get good service or we wouldn't keep coming back! Thank you I was able to make a same day appointment for a tire repair (the tire went on Saturday and I was able to get an appointment on Monday). The car wash is also a very nice extra (I know others that have new cars and when they get their vehicle serviced they do not get them washed). I would also like to mention it is due in large part to your service department that I purchased this vehicle. I had an '03 Ion and was looked after very well (even to one of your service advisors finding a hidden warranty to cover a repair that would have cost me several hundreds of dollars - which was the moment that I decided to purchase again from your dealership) so when it came time to get a new vehicle I choose Saturn. I have the '07 Ion and love it. I will need a larger car soon as my daughter is growing and may need more legroom in the back... Thanks for all the friendly service. K. Eberle Submitted By: K. Eberle
