My Sincere Appreciation Tammy and I would like to start off with a sincere apology for Friday. I know the focus of our visit (Grand Vitara test drive) with Robert was over shadowed by the events of our tire issue on our rental vehicle.    Tammy and I would also like to thank all of your staff for the great reception upon arrival, and the hospitality shown to the girls (Mikayla, Cassy, Kira, Victoria, and Breanne) this is a true sentiment to your company mission of being the "ULTIMATE" in customer satisfaction.        The expression of thanks would not be complete without personally thanking your service department for looking at and repairing our rental vehicle for what could have been a major safety issue and/or possible breakdown during our trip. I know this was a simple tire repair, more important if the check was not done thoroughly the outcome could of been tragic.      In closing, I would like to confirm that Tammy and I will continue to analyze and determine the purchase that will be best for us, plea

Randy and staff: Thanks for a great supper and service workshop. It was most informataive. It has been such a change for us to deal with a dealership where people care about the customer. Your staff are so accommodating, friendly and always have time to ensure that we are looked after. It's these little extras that makes you and your staff standout from others.Thank you.
